Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use define the conditions of use of the GDM - Gestion Dynamique de Matériel software.

2. Access to the service

GDM is accessible through a web browser on all types of devices (computers, tablets, smartphones). Access requires an internet connection and a valid user account.

3. Registration and user accounts

Registration to the service is done on request to the GDM team. A 3-month free trial is offered with no commitment.

Each user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all actions carried out with their account.

4. Subscription

The GDM subscription is annual and billed per department. Current prices are available on the Pricing page.

The subscription includes:

• Access to all features of the software
• Data hosting on secure servers
• Automatic backups every 30 minutes
• Software updates and improvements
• Technical support by email and phone
• An unlimited number of users

5. Termination

You may terminate your subscription at any time. At the end of the last paid year:

• You keep read-only access for 1 year
• You can download all of your data in Excel format
• After 1 year, all your data is permanently deleted

6. Data and backups

GDM implements all necessary means to ensure the security and confidentiality of your data:

• OVH hosting on servers located in France
• Automatic backups every 30 minutes
• Storage in 3 separate locations
• Restoration possible up to 30 days back
• Encrypted communications (HTTPS)

7. Service availability

GDM undertakes to provide a service accessible 24/7, subject to scheduled maintenance operations. Maintenance interventions are announced in advance whenever possible.

8. Data ownership

You remain the owner of all the data you enter into GDM. GDM claims no rights over your data and undertakes not to use it for any purpose other than providing the service.

9. Technical support

Technical support is included in the subscription and available:

• By video call, by appointment

10. Improvements and updates

GDM is constantly updated with new features based on user feedback. Updates are automatic and do not affect your use of the software.

11. Liability

GDM is provided "as is". Although we do everything we can to guarantee the reliability of the service, we cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the service.

12. Changes to the Terms of Use

GDM reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes by email.

13. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
